Kiloview Embraces NDI 6.2: Paving the Future for IP Video Workflows

Kiloview has always been at the forefront of IP video innovations, and with the launch of NDI® 6.2 in June 2025, they’re pushing the boundaries even further. This release isn’t just an update—it represents a significant leap towards more robust, scalable, and professional IP video solutions. Jacob Zuo, Kiloview’s Founder and CTO, shares how NDI 6.2 enhances real-world workflows and how Kiloview is leveraging it to provide superior performance, quality, and scalability.
Key improvements include the transformation of NDI Discovery Server and NDI Bridge into Windows Services, making deployment easier in professional AV environments. Kiloview’s engineering team has also overcome major technical challenges, such as optimizing 10-bit HDR encoding and decoding on FPGA platforms, ensuring ultra-high-quality, low-latency NDI video across industries like broadcast and live production.
Kiloview is already integrating NDI 6.2 into their flagship products, with full support for the N50 and N60 encoders/decoders launching in July 2025. As the NDI ecosystem evolves, Kiloview continues to lead the charge, delivering enhanced, flexible, and scalable solutions that empower the next generation of video workflows.
