With Protect+ If your product fails, our expert technical support team are here to help 24 hours a day, 5 days a week to provide remote technical assistance and issue replacement hardware to get your system up and running again.
With Protect+ you don’t need to wait or send your product back for repair. We simply issue you a replacement and recover the faulty device. We also include unlimited access to our premium helpdesk for technical support.

Onsite engineering contracts plus 24x5 remote support
Add onsite engineering support to your system with Onsite+. If something fails we can provide expert technical support with an industry leading service level agreement (SLA).
Onsite+ is an affordable support contract that provides you with remote support with an onsite service level agreement. we can attend site from 24-72 hours subject to engineering availability and access for a maximum of 3 visits per year
Combine Onsite+ with Protect+ and we will exchange a product onsite with an advanced replacement device.

Outsource your customized control or DSP programming to our expert in-house team.
Code+ contracts includes full budget estimating for our programming services. We offer a remote service to create code for your Midwich supplied products to realise their full potential.
Programming design contracts are defined and scoped by customer-provided system documentation (functional diagrams, system scope narratives, etc.). The Code+ Service can be provided on an individual project basis or application of an enterprise standard.
