TAA-designated countries include those with a free trade agreement with the U.S. such as Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru, Morocco, Australia, and Singapore. Designated countries include those that participate in the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA).
